Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

HHCG Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question
